Associate Professor Michelle Wise

Associate Professor Michelle Wise is the Deputy Head of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Reproductive Sciences, University of Auckland, and a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. Dr Wise chaired the development of the inaugural clinical guideline on abortion care in New Zealand. She currently has several funded research projects, supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students, and teaches all aspects of women’s health. Dr Wise is a regular invited speaker at national conferences, and is a media spokesperson for RANZCOG.
