Dr Vivian Chan Virata

Dr. Vivian Virata works in private practice in Manila where she is Head of Periodontics Department at the Asian Hospital and Medical Center. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Dental Medicine from the University of the Philippines, and her postgraduate Master’s of Science degree in Periodontology from Columbia University in New York. Since 2001 she has been a Professorial lecturer in Periodontics at the College of Dentistry at the University of the Philippines. She is Vice President of the Philippine Society of Periodontology and Past
President of the Philippine Academy of General Dentistry. Dr Virata has been invited to speak at many conferences.
